The Pinot Noir grapes come from both vineyards. These grapes were harvested during the last week of February with a 25 Brix sugar level.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred into new oak barrels for the second fermentation (Malo-lactic). Then it was aged 10 month in the same barrels.
Ruby light red color. Very warm nose with toasted range of aromas. Notes on black chocolate and toasted bread. Spicy and red fruits like cherry. Superb attack on palate with spicy notes. Good length.
Production: 500 cases (75cl).
