INLÉ VALLEY WHITE

The wine was made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc grapes. For the white grapes, the harvest usually starts at the end of January or beginning February. The wine is made with all the winemaker attention, with temperature control at 16°C during the fermentation. The wine was aged a year on his lies in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting description:
It has a nice golden yellow with a good brilliance. It's fresh and zesty with flavors ranging from citrus to gooseberry characters. This medium bodied wine offers a complex mid palate and long finish with a smell of tropical fruits. Superb drinking with sea food or as an aperitif. .

INLE VALLEY ROSÉ

This wine was made with all our kind of grapes, during the rainy season. As sugar level was not sufficiently high, the winemaker decided to make it as a light fortified wine. The wine was aged two years in tank before bottling.

Tasting description:
This wine has a light pink color. Ripened wild apple can be smelt with a hint of tropical prune and gooseberry. In mouth, it is soft with sweetness and a short pleasant finish, can trace a taste ripe apple. It can be served with any kind of Myanmar traditional cuisine.

INLE VALLEY RED

This wine was made from a blend of Syrah and Carignan grapes. The grapes were harvested at the end of March and the maceration time was only 3 days, to get only the soft tannins extracted. The wine was aged in stainless steels vats during a year.

Tasting description:
It has a beautiful deep red color with purple tints. Ripe red fruits and spices such as black pepper and also with a hint of toasted oak and vanilla that remain long after taste. Full bodied, elegant and velvety tannins, gives the pleasant and mouth watering sensation of drinking a juicy and potent red wine. This wine is made to be consumed as a young and easy drinking wine with all kinds of Asian or European meals.
