The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested during the first week of March.
The wine was aged during 10 months in oak barrels (60% new barrels).
Very deep dark red color. This wine is very well balanced with a good acidity and tannins. Very fresh nose with typical. Medium to full bodied with good structure and fine tannins. There are fruit characters of blackcurrant and black berry with bay leaf, damp earth and integrated French oak. The wine has a firm finish and is approachable now, but will develop further in the bottle.
